Bhutta College of Education was established in 2006 and is a major contributor to the knowledge economy and one of the leading teacher-training institutes in the state. It is run by Keharnam Memorial Educational Society (Regd.) and is Co-education College located in lush green campus. The college is NAAC accredited with CGPA 2.75. Apart from the regular curricular schedule, the college also organizes many activities for the overall development of its pupil teachers. The college has ample scope for professional development of faculty and provides a platform for participation in international and national conferences, seminars and workshops held in various parts of the country. Independence Day (15-08-2014) Independence Day was celebrated by the students of Bhutta College of Education on August 15, 2014 under the supervision of Dr. Sonu Grewal. Baat by Siddharth (23-08-2014) An interactive session cum workshop had been organized by Bhutta College of Education on 23 August 2014 under the guidance of famous painter and artist Mr. Siddharth. Talent Hunt (02-09-2014) In order to search the talent of students, ‘Talent Hunt Programme’ was organized on 2 September 2014. Teacher Day Celebration (05-09-2014) Teachers Day was celebrated on 5 September 2014 by the students of Bhutta College of Education. A function was organized to salute those teachers who contributed in the field of education. Principal Meet (08-09-2014) Principal Meet for Youth and Cultural Heritage Festival was held on 8 September 2014. The meet was headed by Dr. Nirmal Jaura, Director Cultural and Youth Heritage Programme, PU Chandigarh. Phulkari Festival (28-09-2014) Phulkari festival was organized on 28 September 2014. This Programme was organized to promote the awareness about and to keep alive the rich cultural heritage of Punjab. S. Surjit Patar was the chief guest of this festival.
